Kingstone Consultancy
Why Kingstone
We build things the way we'd want them built if it was our own project. Honest about risk, and willing to do it properly even when there's an easier way.
Priced by project. Accountable for outcomes.
How we stay sharp
Prepared
Our work starts before the brief. Each day, we track geopolitical developments, world events and supply chain pressure in real time, producing an internal briefing that sharpens our advice from the outset.
Proactive
Clients receive a tailored weekly view of the developments most likely to affect their supply chains and production. That gives them time to move early, avoid disruption where possible, control costs and keep delivery on track.
Leadership

Will Nield
Director of Engineering
Will is an electrical engineer with over a decade of defence experience, specialising in energy storage and power systems. He has worked for and with the UK Ministry of Defence on some of the most exciting engineering and defence projects that the world has ever seen.
His work spans high-integrity power systems design, energy storage integration, safety case authorship and standards governance. Alongside client work, he builds cross-industry working groups to improve communication and share knowledge on critical technologies.
Engineering shapes the world people live in, and that responsibility is taken seriously here. Each year, Kingstone Consultancy takes on a small number of pro-bono projects where the cause is strong enough. Will believes technology has the power to bring peace through literacy, communication and understanding, and that building a more connected, kinder world is itself a form of defence worth working toward.
He holds a BEng (Hons) and is a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
